一(yi)、概(gai)述
MZX系列(lie)一體化全(quan)自(zi)動反(fan)沖凈(jing)水器主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)去除水中懸浮物即降低(di)濁(zhuo)(zhuo)度,還可(ke)(ke)去除部分鐵(tie)錳和(he)(he)(he)(he)膠體等,出水濁(zhuo)(zhuo)度達到國家規定(ding)(ding)的(de)生(sheng)活飲(yin)用(yong)(yong)水濁(zhuo)(zhuo)度指標,廣泛應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)城鎮(zhen)和(he)(he)(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)礦企業的(de)生(sheng)活和(he)(he)(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)業用(yong)(yong)水處理,也可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業廢水處理。該設備將混凝反(fan)應、高效斜管(guan)沉(chen)淀、多層濾(lv)料過濾(lv)和(he)(he)(he)(he)重力(li)(li)式無閥自(zi)動反(fan)沖過濾(lv)等工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)有機組合在一起(qi),具有耐沖擊負荷(he)能力(li)(li)強、水頭損失少、全(quan)自(zi)動反(fan)沖洗、故障率低(di)、運行穩定(ding)(ding)和(he)(he)(he)(he)操作管(guan)理簡(jian)便等優點,如配(pei)套加藥及消毒(du)設備,則成為一個全(quan)功能的(de)凈(jing)水站。

三、工作原理
一(yi)體化自動(dong)反沖凈水器(qi)(qi)由快速斜管沉淀器(qi)(qi)和重力式無法過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)兩部(bu)分(fen)有機組(zu)合在一(yi)起,其工(gong)作(zuo)原理及技術(shu)特性如下:
(一) 快速斜(xie)管沉淀器
快速斜管(guan)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)將(jiang)傳統(tong)的平流(liu)(liu)式沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)進(jin)(jin)行改(gai)進(jin)(jin),在沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)內(nei)設(she)(she)(she)置了斜管(guan),增加了沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)面積而(er)使同等面積的沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)增加了出水量,設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)效率得(de)到大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高,同時在處理相同水量的前提下,設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)面積大(da)(da)大(da)(da)減少而(er)節(jie)省了投資。在設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)上選(xuan)用約(yue)30mm左(zuo)右的斜管(guan)管(guan)徑和間距,水利條件得(de)到明(ming)顯的改(gai)善,水流(liu)(liu)處于層(ceng)流(liu)(liu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)、顆(ke)粒沉(chen)降(jiang)不(bu)受(shou)水流(liu)(liu)干擾,沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)穩定性更(geng)好、沉(chen)降(jiang)路程縮(suo)短和沉(chen)降(jiang)時間更(geng)短。由于設(she)(she)(she)置了混凝(ning)反(fan)應區(qu),原(yuan)水先(xian)經過(guo)混凝(ning)反(fan)應后懸浮雜質先(xian)絮(xu)凝(ning)成較(jiao)大(da)(da)顆(ke)粒再(zai)進(jin)(jin)入沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu),確保(bao)了沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)效果,一般情況(kuang)下原(yuan)水濁度在1000ppm以下時,沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)出水濁度可(ke)小于15ppm。
(二) 重(zhong)力式無閥過濾器
重力式無法過(guo)濾器對沉淀器出水進行(xing)深度過(guo)濾處理,采用先進的(de)水力全自動(dong)運行(xing)方式。
過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)流(liu)程:經沉淀或澄清(qing)(qing)后(hou)的(de)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui),經配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)和U型管(guan)進(jin)入虹吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)管(guan),再由頂蓋內的(de)步(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)檔(dang)板均勻地(di)分配(pei)到(dao)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料層中,水(shui)(shui)(shui)自上(shang)而下通過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)層進(jin)行過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)后(hou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由小阻力(li)配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)行收集后(hou)進(jin)入清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)區(qu)(即出水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱)貯(zhu)存,當水(shui)(shui)(shui)位上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)至出水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)時,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)后(hou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自流(liu)到(dao)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池。
反洗(xi)流(liu)程:濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)運行初時(shi)比較清潔,隨著(zhu)(zhu)運行時(shi)間(jian)的推移而濾(lv)(lv)層表面顆(ke)粒雜(za)質逐漸增多,水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)損失也隨之增加(jia),水(shui)(shui)位將沿(yan)著(zhu)(zhu)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)管(guan)(guan)慢慢升(sheng)高(gao),當水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)損失增加(jia)到一定程度后(hou),虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)管(guan)(guan)中的水(shui)(shui)位上(shang)升(sheng)到虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)輔助(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)口并(bing)從(cong)輔助(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)口急速流(liu)下,依(yi)靠水(shui)(shui)流(liu)的挾氣和射(she)流(liu)作(zuo)用及抽氣管(guan)(guan)將虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管(guan)(guan)中的空氣帶走,使虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管(guan)(guan)形成(cheng)真空,虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)管(guan)(guan)中的水(shui)(shui)就(jiu)大量地越過管(guan)(guan)頂(ding)沿(yan)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)下降管(guan)(guan)落下,即開(kai)始了(le)反沖(chong)洗(xi)過程。清水(shui)(shui)區的水(shui)(shui)經過連通管(guan)(guan)、集水(shui)(shui)區和配水(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)從(cong)下而上(shang)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)料層,當清水(shui)(shui)區的水(shui)(shui)位下降到虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)破(po)壞裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(約5min左(zuo)右(you)),虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)被破(po)壞而沖(chong)洗(xi)過程結束,過濾(lv)(lv)又重新開(kai)始。本(ben)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)省去了(le)傳統(tong)的反沖(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)泵,同時(shi)不需要抽取清水(shui)(shui)池(chi)的
清水作(zuo)反沖(chong)洗用(yong)(yong)水,整個系統(tong)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)路配置非常簡單,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)地減輕了操作(zuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理強(qiang)(qiang)度與設備投資。由于反沖(chong)洗是(shi)根據(ju)濾層的堵塞(sai)程(cheng)(cheng)度而自動(dong)進行的,減少了人(ren)(ren)為操作(zuo)的失誤,整套裝(zhuang)置可在(zai)無人(ren)(ren)操作(zuo)的狀態(tai)下進行。同時,我(wo)公司(si)根據(ju)實際經驗(yan),設置了強(qiang)(qiang)制反洗裝(zhuang)置,在(zai)虹吸輔助(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang)增加了一根自來水管(guan)(guan)(guan),當出水水質突然發生(sheng)較大(da)(da)變化(hua)時,打開閥門,依靠水流(liu)的挾(xie)氣和射流(liu)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)及(ji)抽氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)將虹吸管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的空氣帶走,使虹吸管(guan)(guan)(guan)形成(cheng)真(zhen)空,虹吸上(shang)升(sheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的水就(jiu)大(da)(da)量(liang)地越過(guo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)頂沿虹吸下降管(guan)(guan)(guan)落下,強(qiang)(qiang)制開始反沖(chong)洗過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。
