一(yi)、概述
MZX系列(lie)一體(ti)(ti)化全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)器主要用于去除水(shui)(shui)(shui)中懸浮物即降低(di)濁(zhuo)度(du),還可去除部分鐵錳和(he)膠體(ti)(ti)等,出水(shui)(shui)(shui)濁(zhuo)度(du)達到國家規定(ding)的(de)生活飲用水(shui)(shui)(shui)濁(zhuo)度(du)指標,廣泛(fan)應用于城鎮和(he)工(gong)(gong)礦企業(ye)的(de)生活和(he)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理,也可用于工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理。該(gai)設備將混凝反應、高效斜管(guan)沉淀、多層濾料(liao)過濾和(he)重(zhong)力式(shi)無閥自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)過濾等工(gong)(gong)藝有(you)機組(zu)合在一起(qi),具(ju)有(you)耐沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)負荷能力強(qiang)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭(tou)損失少(shao)、全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)、故障率低(di)、運行(xing)穩定(ding)和(he)操作(zuo)管(guan)理簡(jian)便等優點,如配套加藥(yao)及消毒設備,則(ze)成為(wei)一個(ge)全(quan)功能的(de)凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)站。

三(san)、工作原理
一(yi)體(ti)化自動(dong)反沖凈水器(qi)由快速斜管(guan)沉(chen)淀器(qi)和重力式無(wu)法(fa)過濾器(qi)兩部分有機組(zu)合(he)在一(yi)起,其(qi)工作原理及技術特性如下(xia):
(一(yi)) 快速(su)斜管沉淀器
快速斜管(guan)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)器(qi)將傳統(tong)的(de)平流(liu)式沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)器(qi)進(jin)行改進(jin),在(zai)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)器(qi)內設(she)置(zhi)了斜管(guan),增加了沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)面積(ji)而(er)使同等面積(ji)的(de)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)器(qi)增加了出水(shui)量,設(she)備(bei)效(xiao)率得到大大提高,同時在(zai)處(chu)(chu)理相同水(shui)量的(de)前提下,設(she)備(bei)面積(ji)大大減少而(er)節(jie)省了投資。在(zai)設(she)計上選用(yong)約30mm左右的(de)斜管(guan)管(guan)徑和間距,水(shui)利(li)條件得到明顯的(de)改善,水(shui)流(liu)處(chu)(chu)于層流(liu)狀態、顆粒沉(chen)(chen)降不受(shou)水(shui)流(liu)干擾,沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)穩定(ding)性更(geng)(geng)好(hao)、沉(chen)(chen)降路程縮短(duan)和沉(chen)(chen)降時間更(geng)(geng)短(duan)。由于設(she)置(zhi)了混凝反應區,原水(shui)先經過混凝反應后(hou)懸浮雜質先絮凝成較大顆粒再進(jin)入(ru)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)區,確(que)保了沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)效(xiao)果,一般情況下原水(shui)濁(zhuo)(zhuo)度(du)在(zai)1000ppm以下時,沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)器(qi)出水(shui)濁(zhuo)(zhuo)度(du)可小于15ppm。
(二) 重(zhong)力(li)式(shi)無閥過濾(lv)器
重力(li)式無法過濾器對(dui)沉淀器出(chu)水(shui)進行(xing)深度過濾處(chu)理(li),采用(yong)先(xian)進的水(shui)力(li)全(quan)自動運行(xing)方式。
過濾(lv)流程:經沉淀或澄清后的清水(shui)(shui),經配水(shui)(shui)槽和U型(xing)管進(jin)入虹吸上(shang)升管,再由(you)(you)頂蓋(gai)內的步水(shui)(shui)檔板(ban)均勻地分配到濾(lv)料(liao)層中(zhong),水(shui)(shui)自(zi)上(shang)而下通過濾(lv)層進(jin)行過濾(lv),濾(lv)后水(shui)(shui)由(you)(you)小阻力配水(shui)(shui)裝置進(jin)行收集后進(jin)入清水(shui)(shui)區(即(ji)出水(shui)(shui)箱)貯存,當水(shui)(shui)位上(shang)升至出水(shui)(shui)管時(shi),濾(lv)后水(shui)(shui)自(zi)流到清水(shui)(shui)池。
反洗(xi)流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng):濾池運(yun)行初時(shi)比較(jiao)清潔,隨(sui)著(zhu)(zhu)運(yun)行時(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)推(tui)移而(er)(er)濾層(ceng)表(biao)面顆粒雜質逐漸增多,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失(shi)也(ye)隨(sui)之增加(jia)(jia),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位將(jiang)沿(yan)著(zhu)(zhu)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)管慢慢升(sheng)高,當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失(shi)增加(jia)(jia)到(dao)(dao)一定程(cheng)(cheng)度后,虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)管中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)輔助管口(kou)(kou)并從(cong)輔助管口(kou)(kou)急速流(liu)下(xia)(xia),依靠水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)挾氣(qi)和射流(liu)作用及抽氣(qi)管將(jiang)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管中的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)帶走,使虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)管形成真(zhen)空(kong),虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)上(shang)升(sheng)管中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)大量地越過(guo)(guo)管頂沿(yan)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)下(xia)(xia)降管落(luo)下(xia)(xia),即開始(shi)了(le)反沖(chong)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經過(guo)(guo)連通管、集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區(qu)和配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)從(cong)下(xia)(xia)而(er)(er)上(shang)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾料層(ceng),當清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位下(xia)(xia)降到(dao)(dao)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)破壞裝置(zhi)時(shi)(約5min左右),虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)被破壞而(er)(er)沖(chong)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)結束,過(guo)(guo)濾又重新開始(shi)。本裝置(zhi)省去了(le)傳統的(de)(de)(de)反沖(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵,同(tong)時(shi)不需要抽取清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池的(de)(de)(de)
清水(shui)(shui)作(zuo)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)用水(shui)(shui),整個系統(tong)的(de)管(guan)路配置(zhi)非常簡單,大大地減(jian)輕了(le)操(cao)作(zuo)管(guan)理強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)與(yu)設備投資。由于反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)是根(gen)據(ju)濾(lv)層的(de)堵塞程(cheng)度(du)而自動進行的(de),減(jian)少了(le)人為操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)失誤,整套裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)在無人操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)狀態下進行。同(tong)時,我公司根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)際經(jing)驗,設置(zhi)了(le)強(qiang)(qiang)制反洗(xi)(xi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),在虹(hong)(hong)吸輔助管(guan)上增加了(le)一根(gen)自來水(shui)(shui)管(guan),當(dang)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質突然(ran)發生(sheng)較大變化時,打開閥門,依(yi)靠(kao)水(shui)(shui)流(liu)的(de)挾氣(qi)和射流(liu)作(zuo)用及(ji)抽氣(qi)管(guan)將(jiang)虹(hong)(hong)吸管(guan)中(zhong)的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)帶走,使虹(hong)(hong)吸管(guan)形成真空(kong),虹(hong)(hong)吸上升(sheng)管(guan)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)就(jiu)大量地越過管(guan)頂沿虹(hong)(hong)吸下降管(guan)落(luo)下,強(qiang)(qiang)制開始反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)過程(cheng)。
