一、概述
MZX系列一體(ti)(ti)化全(quan)自動反(fan)(fan)沖凈水(shui)器(qi)主要用于(yu)(yu)去除水(shui)中(zhong)懸(xuan)浮物即降低濁度,還可去除部分鐵(tie)錳和(he)膠體(ti)(ti)等,出水(shui)濁度達到(dao)國家規(gui)定的(de)(de)生(sheng)活飲用水(shui)濁度指標,廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)(yu)城鎮和(he)工(gong)(gong)礦(kuang)企業(ye)的(de)(de)生(sheng)活和(he)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)用水(shui)處理(li),也(ye)可用于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)處理(li)。該設備(bei)將混凝反(fan)(fan)應、高效斜管(guan)沉(chen)淀、多層濾料過(guo)(guo)濾和(he)重力(li)式無閥自動反(fan)(fan)沖過(guo)(guo)濾等工(gong)(gong)藝有機組(zu)合(he)在(zai)一起,具有耐沖擊(ji)負荷(he)能力(li)強、水(shui)頭損失少(shao)、全(quan)自動反(fan)(fan)沖洗、故障率低、運(yun)行穩定和(he)操(cao)作管(guan)理(li)簡便等優(you)點(dian),如(ru)配套加藥(yao)及消(xiao)毒設備(bei),則成為一個全(quan)功能的(de)(de)凈水(shui)站。

三、工作(zuo)原理(li)
一(yi)體(ti)化自動反沖凈水器由(you)快速斜管沉淀器和重(zhong)力式無法(fa)過濾器兩(liang)部分有機(ji)組合在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),其工作原理及技術特性如下:
(一(yi)) 快(kuai)速斜管沉淀(dian)器(qi)
快(kuai)速(su)斜管(guan)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)將傳(chuan)統的(de)平流(liu)式沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)進行改進,在(zai)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)內設(she)置了(le)(le)斜管(guan),增加了(le)(le)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)面(mian)積(ji)而使(shi)同(tong)等面(mian)積(ji)的(de)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)增加了(le)(le)出水(shui)量(liang),設(she)備效率得到(dao)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高,同(tong)時(shi)在(zai)處(chu)理相同(tong)水(shui)量(liang)的(de)前提下(xia),設(she)備面(mian)積(ji)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)減少而節省(sheng)了(le)(le)投資。在(zai)設(she)計上選(xuan)用約(yue)30mm左右的(de)斜管(guan)管(guan)徑和(he)間距(ju),水(shui)利條件得到(dao)明顯的(de)改善,水(shui)流(liu)處(chu)于(yu)層流(liu)狀態、顆(ke)粒沉降不受水(shui)流(liu)干擾,沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)穩定性更(geng)好、沉降路程縮短(duan)和(he)沉降時(shi)間更(geng)短(duan)。由于(yu)設(she)置了(le)(le)混(hun)凝反(fan)應區(qu),原水(shui)先經(jing)過混(hun)凝反(fan)應后(hou)懸(xuan)浮(fu)雜質先絮凝成較大(da)(da)顆(ke)粒再進入(ru)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu),確保了(le)(le)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)效果,一般情況下(xia)原水(shui)濁度在(zai)1000ppm以(yi)下(xia)時(shi),沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)出水(shui)濁度可小于(yu)15ppm。
(二) 重力式無閥(fa)過(guo)濾器
重力式(shi)(shi)無法過濾器對沉(chen)淀器出水(shui)進行(xing)深(shen)度過濾處(chu)理,采用(yong)先進的水(shui)力全自動運(yun)行(xing)方式(shi)(shi)。
過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)流程:經沉淀或(huo)澄清(qing)后(hou)的(de)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),經配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽和U型管(guan)進(jin)入虹吸上升管(guan),再由頂蓋內的(de)步水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)檔板(ban)均勻(yun)地分配到濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)層中(zhong),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)上而下通過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)層進(jin)行(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),濾(lv)(lv)后(hou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由小阻力(li)配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)行(xing)收集(ji)后(hou)進(jin)入清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區(即出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱)貯(zhu)存,當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)上升至出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)時,濾(lv)(lv)后(hou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)流到清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池。
反洗(xi)流(liu)程:濾(lv)池運(yun)行(xing)初時(shi)比較清潔(jie),隨著(zhu)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)推移而濾(lv)層表面(mian)顆粒(li)雜質逐漸增多,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭(tou)損失也隨之增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)將(jiang)沿(yan)著(zhu)虹吸(xi)上升(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)慢(man)慢(man)升(sheng)(sheng)高,當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭(tou)損失增加到一定程度后,虹吸(xi)上升(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)上升(sheng)(sheng)到虹吸(xi)輔助(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)口并從(cong)輔助(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)口急速流(liu)下(xia)(xia),依(yi)靠(kao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)挾氣和射流(liu)作用及抽氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)將(jiang)虹吸(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣帶走,使虹吸(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)形成(cheng)真空,虹吸(xi)上升(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就大量地越過管(guan)(guan)(guan)頂沿(yan)虹吸(xi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)落下(xia)(xia),即(ji)開始(shi)了反沖(chong)洗(xi)過程。清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經過連通管(guan)(guan)(guan)、集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區和配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)從(cong)下(xia)(xia)而上沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)料層,當清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)到虹吸(xi)破(po)壞裝置(zhi)時(shi)(約(yue)5min左右),虹吸(xi)被(bei)破(po)壞而沖(chong)洗(xi)過程結(jie)束,過濾(lv)又重新開始(shi)。本裝置(zhi)省去了傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反沖(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵,同時(shi)不需要抽取清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)
清水作反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)用(yong)水,整個系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)管(guan)路(lu)配(pei)置非常簡單,大大地減輕了操作管(guan)理強度與設(she)備投(tou)資。由于反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)是根(gen)據(ju)濾(lv)層的(de)(de)堵塞程度而(er)自動(dong)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de),減少了人為操作的(de)(de)失誤,整套裝置可在無人操作的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)。同時,我公司根(gen)據(ju)實際經驗,設(she)置了強制(zhi)反(fan)洗(xi)(xi)裝置,在虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)輔助管(guan)上增(zeng)加了一根(gen)自來水管(guan),當(dang)出水水質(zhi)突然發生較(jiao)大變化(hua)時,打開閥門(men),依靠(kao)水流的(de)(de)挾氣(qi)和(he)射流作用(yong)及抽氣(qi)管(guan)將虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)空氣(qi)帶走,使虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)形(xing)成真空,虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)上升管(guan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)水就(jiu)大量地越過(guo)管(guan)頂沿虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)下(xia)降管(guan)落下(xia),強制(zhi)開始(shi)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)程。
